Moultonborough Children’s Holiday Fund
Support for families in need.
These funds are dedicated to providing essential support to children in need residing in Moultonborough during the holiday season. The support will take the form of warm clothing, boots, holiday gifts, food vouchers, and other essential items that directly benefit these children.
Each year, all Moultonborough families with children up to 18 years of age or up to 12th grade are eligible to participate. Print applications are available at the library and should be handed in at the library. Online applications are made available each year beginning in October.
Would you like to brighten a local Moultonborough child’s holiday? Please consider donating to the Children’s Holiday Trust (AKA The Santa Fund). This program has been helping Moultonborough families with assistance for many years over the holidays. The Trust partners with community organizations, MVSB, Bootleggers, MUMC, MWC, Lakes Region Food Pantry, Knights of Columbus, Moultonborough Fire, Moultonborough Police and residents of Moultonborough and library patrons to aid these families. Each child receives a warm jacket, hat, gloves, boots, clothing, gifts, and groceries. The need grows greater every year; we appreciate any help that can be provided.Â
We accept cash and check donations at the library all year long. Checks should be payable to The Moultonborough Children’s Holiday Trust.
In 2025 we helped 29 families with 59 children. We were able to provide them with boots, coats, hats, mittens, toys, clothing, and gift cards to Hannaford Super Market. The families were very appreciative of all that was provided to them.
