Whether you are a Moultonborough resident, live in another town, or staying for a short time in Moultonborough, you can apply for a library card.

 

Moultonborough Residents/Taxpayers:  If you are a resident or taxpayer of Moultonborough you can request a card online. Please click here for the form.  We will review your application and contact you with your library card information.

You can also fill out a form in person at the Library.

 

Nonresidents:  Please visit the library to apply for a library card.
