Orion Starblast Altazimuth Reflector Telescope

Thanks to the help of Marc Stowbridge of Tamworth and the NH Astronomical Society, and with funding from the annual summer book sale, the library is the proud owner of an Orion StarBlast 4.5 inch diameter telescope, which may be borrowed for one week at a time for our patrons to observe stars, planets,  moons, bright star clusters and nebulae from the Messier list, and all the other beauties of the night sky.  It comes with instructions, plus star charts and a map of the moon, and a flashlight with a red lens to read the sky charts without losing night vision. Call the library and add your name to the list if you wish to reserve your turn on the telescope.
