Technology Support

Moultonborough Public Library has a full time Technology Librarian, Megan Greenbaum, who offers technology support services to patrons, regardless of library card status. In order to accommodate a wide variety of skills, interests and troubleshooting abilities Megan offers the following options:

 

Drop In Technology Support 

First come, first serve drop in hours are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:00AM - 2:00PM. Bring your technology problems and/or questions and an enthusiasm to learn more about your device! Below are some quick topics Drop In Technology Support is perfect for:

  • Email
  • Taking or organizing photos
  • Social Media (such as Facebook)
  • FaceTime
  • Zoom
  • Amazon 
  • Desktop organization
  • Word Processing (such as Microsoft Word or Pages) 
  • Basic Excel 
  • Hardware identification
  • CDC Vaccine Registration
  • MPL’s Online Catalog
  • Overdrive/Libby
  • Library Accounts
  • Hoopla
  • and more!

Please note that Drop In is first come, first serve. This may mean Megan will not be available if she is working with another patron. To give her a heads up, please call the library or email Megan to let us know when you plan to Drop In. 

 

 Virtual Tech Support via Zoom

If you have a question or need troubleshooting for longer than a quick drop in (15min) you can schedule with Megan to work through your problem in more detail.
